Promenades East is a 147-unit condo association located in beautiful Port Charlotte, Florida.  As a Florida condominium association, it is governed by Florida statute 718 as well as the condominium association documents.
 
The grounds have lush landscaping, an Olympic sized swimming pool, a 5-person hot tub and a clubhouse with a full kitchen.  The main building has two elevators, a full fire sprinkler system, a backup generator and a security/entry system. 
 
There is a seven-member Board of Directors, a full time Association Manager, a Maintenance Technician and a Janitor.
 
The property is conveniently located, close to shopping, recreation, medical facilities and transportation.  The association has many functions throughout the year, including; bingo, crafts, low impact exercise, potlucks and various other fun and exciting activities.
